7-Day Return Policy - Martsity

At Martsity, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, our 7-day return policy allows you to return items within 7 days of receiving them, subject to the following terms and conditions.

    1.    Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
    2.    Product Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
    3.    Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:
    •    Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
    •    Personal care products (e.g., skincare, makeup)
    •    Intimate items (e.g., lingerie, swimwear)
    •    Customized or personalized items
    •    Digital downloads and gift cards
    4.    Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt) must be provided for all returns.

How to Return an Item

    1.    Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to start the return process. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
    2.    Receive Authorization: Upon approval of your return request, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
    3.    Package the Item: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
    4.    Ship the Return: Send the return package using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
